MINExpo® 2008—Call for Papers

MINExpo® 2008 is not only Show. It is also Tell. The education sessions have been an integral part of MINExpo® for many shows and they will be again in 2008.

If you are interested in presenting a paper at the show, go to the website (www.minexpo.com) and click on Conference: Call for Papers. The deadline for submissions is June 30, 2007.

Here are more details:

Concurrent sessions will be held from 8 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, September 23, and Wednesday, September 24.

Topics may include, but are not limited to, surface mining, underground mining, processing, safety and health, exploration, bulk materials handling, new mine development, air, industrial minerals, coal and reclamation. If you have another topic in mind, please propose it. Sessions are two hours long and may include up to four presenters.

The object of the education sessions is to help mining professionals solve operational challenges, improve safety and increase productivity.
